Note: (1)Viscosity is measured in 20%
toluene solution at 25＼1≧ by rotational viscometer. (2)Rotational
viscometer is at 750 r.p.m ; Uses: Used as additive in high quality printing inks and for fiber processing coating for BOPP and composite ingredient of PE/PP film. CEVA solubility: The Japanese usually sell it as a 20 % CEVA solution in toluene. We believe that it is because they can earn more money with the solution and also their products may easily go into lumps if shipped in solid. (at about > 50 degree Celsius). The liquid CEVA product is used to have the following functions : a) when applied to ink, the dispersion property will increase. b) the ink will be more homogeneous after adding CEVA. c) the ink will not easily solidify under lower temperatures after adding CEVA. |
